Meet Melek
Passionate about travel and property investment, Melek was a host herself before making it her profession. An Airbnb Superhost, trained and mentored within a programme for France’s best hosts, she founded Yellow Conciergerie to give owners in Nice what she would have wanted to find: complete, personalised management, led by someone who knows the job from the inside.
After several years managing seasonal rentals on the French Riviera, she puts that experience to work for owners: maximising each home’s return without ever compromising on the welcome. The two go hand in hand — a well-looked-after guest leaves a good review, and a good review brings the next booking.
Her journey taught her that an apartment is never just an investment: it is a place where memories are made — yours first, then your guests’. That is why she wanted Yellow to stay human-sized: an agency where every detail counts and every relationship matters.
Today, as a property manager and local Airbnb partner in Nice, Melek has built a team around her that shares the same standard: a warm, attentive and professional service, from the first conversation to the last check-out. Every home is looked after as if it were hers — and every owner knows exactly who to call, and gets an answer.
